| Description | An International Independent Oil & Gas Company in Lagos, Nigeria is currently recruiting a Deepwater Drilling Superintendent for their Deepwater Drill Ship Project. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: - Supporting the daily drilling operations. - Supporting the material, logistical and personnel needs of the rig. - Interfacing with the Supply Bases and the Heli Bases. - Participation in daily operations meetings and daily contractors meetings. - Participation in equipment tendering and contracting process. - Participation in the preparation of future Well Construction programme. - Compliance with Company and Regulatory standards. - Participation in preparation of Final Well Reports. | ||
| Skills | - Degree in an Engineering Discipline. - Minimum 15 years operations experience of which at least 5 years in OFFSHORE drilling operations. - Should have worked at least 5 years as a Drilling Superintendent in floating operations. | ||
