| Description | POSITION SUMMARY: The position will provide technical leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Client' integrity management standards and best practices for existing producing assets and new developments. The integrity management plan will use a common risk based integrity management methodology that can be customized to ensure each facility is being maintained at acceptable risk levels. This integrity management process will encompass all technical disciplines that contribute to safe and reliable operations while also being able to be translated into cost effective, feasible, and sensible field activities that accommodate the simultaneous business priorities of meeting production goals, minimizing expense and maintaining long term asset integrity. This position will require some domestic and international travel. ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide global technical support and consultancy for integrity management associated with Client' producing assets and new developments • Work with existing business units to develop and customize integrity management plans for each facility • Work with project teams to assess integrity management requirements for new facilities. Recommend equipment condition monitoring and other integrity management systems to be included in new project design • Audit the integrity compliance plans of Non-Operated Joint Venture facilities and influence their improvement • Maintain documentation that inventories the knowledge and condition of operated and non-operated assets and their components • Provide technical consultancy on remaining life assessments for individual components • Ensure coordination of integrity management plans with the overall corporate risk management plan • Ensure integrity management plans are in accordance with applicable industry standards, codes and government regulations • Participate in relevant external professional societies to stay abreast of emerging technology, industry trends and benchmarks, regulations, and best practices related to integrity management | ||
| Skills | REQUIREMENTS: • 20+ years of relevant industry experience including positions in global operations, management and new field developments and specific operating company experience in integrity management • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work with multi-disciplined, multi-cultural teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management, technical and operations staff • Self motivated to learn and adopt new technologies, mentor others, and coordinate technology deployment • Proactive analytical skills with attention to details and process improvement SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and EXCEL EDUCATION/TRAINING: • Bachelor of Science degree (minimum) in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent • Professional Engineering Registration strongly preferred | ||
