ECM was founded in 2000 and has developed global services. Its holding company is based in France with subsidiaries around Africa – Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Nigeria – and partnerships in India, Indonesia and Romania.Our core business is Technical Assistance, ranging from supervision – piping, structure, mechanics, electricity, instrumentation – through to project management for onshore and offshore construction, as well as for diverse activities such as cost control, contract managers, HSE and QA/QC.
