During the WFES event, Worldwideworker.com - the largest HR service provider for the energy industry - continued to focus on strengthening their position in the Renewable Energy industries.
“This highly technical and specialized Industry is growing fast and requires precise global recruitment, which is exactly what we do. In addition to entirely new companies and new engineers starting in this part of the Energy industry, there are also many companies and engineers from the traditional Energy and Oil & Gas industry crossing over into the Renewable Energy industry", says Mark van Mil, Senior Executive Search consultant for the Renewable Energy industry with Worldwideworker.com. "Large infra-structural projects, big Capex outlays and long-term planning and investments all characterize both the Renewable and the traditional Energy industry" continues Mark, "but for young engineers we notice the green image of the Renewable Energy industry is an additional attraction".Even though the Worldwideworker.com database already contains the details of thousands of qualified candidates in the fields of Wind, Solar, Bio and other alternative Energy sources, the WFES was still a perfect gateway for many professionals in higher and technical management roles as well as business development roles to speak with Worldwideworker.com about possible job opportunities around the globe.
On the client side Worldwideworker.com was also able to expand its network and can therefore comfortably deliver its services in Renewable Energy industry, matching top Energy companies with top candidates. -

Vis-à-vis few hundred’s of candidates with varying experience level currently working in India and outside approached us inquiring opportunities within India. The Worldwideworker.com Wall of Job Opportunities also caught many curious eyes. Students and experienced Geologists, Geoscientists and Geophysicists were interested to see what’s on offer at the moment. Would the striking growth in job-hunting have anything to do with the economical situation at the moment? It nevertheless had a very positive effect on our presence, and we’re looking forward to PETEX 2010.
