Description of Assistant Manager-Process

A Reputed Oil Company is looking for an Assistant Manager-Process for their India Office.

The Job Offers the following responsibilities:
• Manage and make sure that production rate and quality are met
• Monitor production and ensure cost optimization
• Plan and allocate resources for day to day activities of maintenance and process. Ensure effective use of CMMS for maintenance planning, daily meetings and equipment availability.
• Comply with HSSE policy and procedures of the organisation and ensure compliance of the same by sub ordinates. Implement Behaviour Based Safety on platform.
• Ensure proper record keeping as per Company policy and requirements of various external parties in line with Company policy & guidelines.
• Work towards achievement of asset integrity KPIs. Implement corrective actions, maintenance of structural and pressure system integrity
• Train and develop platform personnel.
• Review daily reports before submission to OIM for issue. Keep track of daily production and other activities
• Ensure good housekeeping in the installation. Maintain various audit and HSSE tracking registers
• Ensure that all work at the installation is done safely and work permit system is followed.

Skills required for Assistant Manager-Process

The Ideal candidate must possess the following skill sets:
• Engineering Graduate from a reputed Institution or University.
• Knowledge of CMMS system.
• Proficiency in MS office, out look mails etc.
• Good English written and verbal communication.
• Promotes team work-clarifies roles, accountability and reporting relationships in order to motivate, drive results and promote collaboration. - Coaches and coordinates the large multi task force.
• Takes decisive action-identifies and takes immediate action to reduce risks to people and equipment.
• Shows self control,-remains calm and focused in stressful situations.
• Manages change - address production and personnel changes from a process perspective.
• Exercises cultural sensitivity and thinks creatively

The Professional must have solid experience as below:
• Offshore Oil & Gas processing complex working experience.
• Exposure to operation and maintenance of critical oil & gas equipments Viz. gas turbines, compressors, generators, pedestal cranes, diesel engines, pumps and basic gas processing equipments.
Remarks This is a Permanent Staff Position.
