Qualification: • Bachelors Degree from a recognised university is essential (masters degree preferred). Experience: • 10-20 years of experience preferably overseas in oil & gas sector with a minimum of five years field experience required. Some experience in instrumentation is an added advantage. Experience Requirement: • Should be conversant with latest well proven technology and practices in related discipline in oil & gas sector. • Should possess experience and working knowledge of HT & LT Installation, Transformers, Drives, PLC's, SCADA and DCS systems and knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities. • Should have working knowledge of Electrical/instrumentation specifications, codes and standards. • Previous experience in project design engineering field with knowledge of hazardous area design considerations is an added advantage. • Should be highly skilled in using relevant Engineering Software and strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards. • Should be computer literate with familiarity of Microsoft Office packages. • Should be familiar with computer networking and cabling system • Familiarity with oil and gas electrical systems design, construction, instrumentation, operations and maintenance experience in oil production and transmission systems is essential. • Should be conversant with preparation of Scope of Work, Specifications and drawings, Enquiry packages with bid forms and instructions for issue to bidders, technical evaluation of bidders. • Should be conversant with review of all instrumentation related technical documents of FEED and EPIC. • Fluent in the English language both spoken and written is essential. • Ability to work in a team environment with senior national engineers and project managers is essential. |

| Remarks | The contract consists of the following: Single status: working a rotation of seven weeks on and three weeks off working six days a week. Tax free compensation and a generous local allowance is payable & excellent accommodation with the use of a car. BUPA Gold with evacuation to point of origin. Return air travel with door to door expenses. Family status can be considered. | ||
