Description of Estimation Engineer |
One of the Leading Construction Companies based in Saudi Arabia is on the lookout for an Estimation Engineer for their various Projects across Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities would be as follows: • Ensures that Quantity Surveyors receive the needed technical information and support to perform their jobs adequately •Supports the Estimation Team Leaders and the Estimation Manager in the bid preparation process •Performs a technical review of the Civil Engineering components of final tender documents for completeness and accuracy •As needed, acts as an Estimation Team Leader, ensuring that the bid schedule is respected and that the pricing of construction materials and services is accurate and performed in accordance with company's proprietary calculation methods •Develops and institutionalizes company's estimation databases, know-how, controls, and capabilities in the field of Civil Engineering •Assesses the cost effectiveness of projects |

Skills required for Estimation Engineer |
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills • Strong knowledge of the construction industry. • Minimum 7 years experience • Experience in the GCC is a plus (preferably Saudi Arabia) • Fluent in English |
