We are expanding our already successful national Engineering, Construction, Natural Resources and Higher Education Practices. We are currently a preferred supplier of several large Australian global engineering, construction and natural resources companies. The key consultants in these practices are not only accomplished search practitioners, they each have had prior experience as industry executives. Skills required for Executive Search Consultants |
Qualifications: • Be an experienced executive search consultant who has demonstrated his/her ability to develop and manage positive client relationships, as well as consistently execute quality-retained searches. • Have a well-developed network of former clients, successfully placed executives and informed industry sources. • Have interpersonal savvy, maturity, relate well to others and be able to build constructive relationships. • Be able to negotiate skilfully and gain the trust of others. • Be able to navigate complex situations effectively and be sensitive to how people and organisations function. • Have a bias for action, a high energy level, and the ability and willingness to seize opportunities. • Have unquestionable integrity and a commitment to the vision and values of Crown & Marks.
