Description of Graduate Physics Engineer |
An International Oilfield Company is looking for a Graduate Physics Engineer for their project in and outside Iraq. The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain engineering formulations. Job Responsibilities: • Describe engineering processes in partial differential equations. • Formulate the equations and generate codes for each numerical operator, which include representations of engineering processes and all related boundary conditions. • Formulate test cases for the verification of the numerical operators against reference solutions. • Perform numerical analysis on the underlying formulation and implementation, and prepare technical reports on the same. • Work with the user interface group in designing and providing the necessary interfaces. • Work independently and in teams during design, coding and testing phases. |

Required Skills: • A degree in Engineering or related discipline • Good oral and written communication skills in English Desired Additional Experience: • Industry experience with an emphasis on production engineering or relevant field • Experience with the Mathematical software package • Experience working in a rigorous software development methodology • Strong mathematical and numerical analysis skills |
