Responsibilities The Foster Wheeler Graduate Programme for Quantity Surveying graduates comprises an initial period of two years of training. This is followed by a further two years to continue to develop your learning and provide you with the necessary skills and experience to become chartered through RICS. Other features of The Graduate Programme include: • Accredited training with six monthly salary reviews and quarterly development reviews for the first two years, followed by two additional years of career development • Each graduate is assigned a mentor, a departmental training supervisor and a graduate development adviser to ensure they are supported in their personal and professional development to gain chartered status (where applicable) • From the beginning there is hands-on involvement working on projects with the opportunity to develop skills by working alongside experienced engineers • There are opportunities for site placements in the UK and abroad during a graduate's first few years with Foster Wheeler |

Skills required for Graduate Quantity Surveyor |
We welcome applications from graduates on Quantity Surveying courses who are expecting a minimum grade of 2:1, or from courses with Quantity Surveying elements. A RICS accredited degree is preferable to enable you to meet chartership requirements, however alternative degrees will be considered. |
