Description of HR Manager

A Major International Oil Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR Manager. The Position is responsible for the HR and the general administrative function for business interests of the Company in and outside Iraq.

Responsibilities:
• Provide HR Support for employees.
• Provide HR coordination/support for various secondment agreements.
• Lead workforce planning, conduct strategic consulting with the business
• Develop and implement local policies for expatriate staff and local employees.
• Oversee administration & employees and company events.

Skills required for HR Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.
• Minimum five (5) years of increasing responsibility in HR.
• Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Business acumen, international company experience and expatriate management experience.
• Broad HR technical expertise and system knowledge
• Ability to manage demands of diverse geographic region
• Must be able to manage a number of general areas outside of core HR function
• Previous working experience in an Oil company.
Remarks • Iraq educated candidates would have an advantage.
