Description of HR Manager

An International Oilfield Service Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR Manager.

• The Position is responsible for the HR and the general administrative function for business interests of the Company in and outside Iraq.
• The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and managing the HR functions of the company.
• Ensure that the company's HR philosophy is embedded in the local policies and benefits policies are administered.
• Will spearhead the whole HR team and shall be instrumental in implementation of best HR Practices of the company in and outside Iraq.
• Will establish and monitor HR setups in and outside the country.

Skills required for HR Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related course.
• Previous working experience in an Oilfield company.
• Minimum five (5) years experience preferably in area with exposure to operations.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Interact with all teams within the organization
• Should have multi Country HR Management experience and be prepared to travel extensively.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Interact with all teams within the organization
• Regional experience in GCC and Oil & Gas and Mining Industry experience would be an added advantage.
Remarks • Iraq educated candidates would have an advantage.
