Description of HSE Coordinator |
A Major International Oil Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HSE Coordinator to work on their project in and outside Iraq. Job Functions: • Develop, implement and promote HSE initiatives for the project(s) under your direction and supervision. • Conduct HSE and training, assessment and coaching sessions of HSE Officers and personnel. • Undertake Risk Management and advocate for improved HSE outcomes. • Coordinate Strategic Plans in the area of HSE as well as monitor and complete Key Performance Indicators. • Facilitate the performance of HSE Officers and Senior Managers • Administer on HSE matters and report to the HSE Manager. |

Skills required for HSE Coordinator |
• Relevant Technical degree or equivalent. • Minimum five (5) years relevant experience • Experience with leading oil field services companies will be an advantage. • Working experience with multicultural workforce a definite must. • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Interact with all teams within the organization |
