Description of HSE Coordinator |
An International Oilfield Service Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HSE Coordinator to work on their project in and outside Iraq. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: • To ensure the required HSE performance is introduced and maintained to International Standards in the company's Field operations. • To ensure HSE equipment is suitable for purpose and maintained in condition of readiness. • To lead the Emergency Response Team. • To ensure the required levels of HSE Training to International Standards is delivered to Site personnel. • To ensure all accidents and incidents are recorded and investigated according to their potential. • To track and corrective and improvement actions in the Field operations. • To bring to the attention of the HSE Manager any HSE improvements and requirements and suggestions. • To manage and develop HSE personnel on site. |

Skills required for HSE Coordinator |
• Degree holder or in relevant filed • Minimum five (5) years Engineering experience preferably in area with exposure to operations. • Experience with leading oil field services companies will be an advantage. • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Interact with all teams within the organization |
