Description of HSE Systems Implementation Advisor

Boots & Coots provides a suite of integrated pressure control and related services to onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration and development companies primarily in North America, South America, North Africa, West Africa and the Middle East. Boots & Coots is searching for a talented HSE Systems Implementation Advisor for a rotation position in Libya.

Job Description:
• Roll out all elements of the HSE management systems to predominantly field based personnel
Familiarize and coaching all personnel with the practical functions of the system
• Collating of information for development of procedures
• Roll out and coaching for new procedure
• Implementation of risk management process
• Feedback of information to the HSE MS implementation coordinator

Skills required for HSE Systems Implementation Advisor

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience as an HSE professional within the Oil & Gas sector
• Up to date industry knowledge of fire systems, equipment, maintenance and testing
• Ability to develop and deliver HSE training material and assess competency
• Full understanding of HSE managements systems and emergency response plans
• Good level of inter person skills and leadership
• Experienced in working in a multi cultural environment
• Ability to write concise reports
• Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, Access
