Description of Human Resources Director |
This position is responsible for general HR function. The position is part of the leadership team in the region. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, programs and processes to meet business needs for all HR functional areas including organizational design, staffing, development, recruiting, compensation and benefits and expatriate administration. Responsibilities: • Provide HR support for employees in the region and ensure programs/strategies are aligned with corporate vision • Provide HR coordination/support for various secondment agreements in the region • Lead workforce planning for region • Oversee the career development and succession planning for the company • Ensure the company is compliant with all Russian Labor Law regulations and issues • Create people strategies that are integrated with the business strategy/goals • Supervise HR, Office Administration and Support functions • Manage payroll processes. • Develop and implement local policies for expatriate staff • Coordinate recruitment including interface with universities and third-party search firms. • Coordinate orientation / assimilation of new employees. • Develop and coordinate organizational effectiveness and other "people strategy" initiatives (e.g., employee and leadership development, recognition and reward programs, attraction / retention issues, etc.). |

Skills required for Human Resources Director |
Education • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study. An advanced degree is a plus Experience • 5-7 Years of Professional Experience in HR Management with a total of 15-20 years total experience • Working in international Oil & Gas company with directly related experience in HR will be an advantage • Experience as the top Human Resources person in a large multi facetted company • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes, operations and system solutions. • Strong background in Russian Labor Law Skills • Knowledge of HR skills areas • Strong project management and prioritization skills • Strong leadership and staff development skills • Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently • Excellent organizational skills involved various issues and disciplines • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with deadlines • Strong consulting skills at the corporate level and ability to advise the CEO on all HR matters • Excellent communication skills for use both internally and externally • Excellent oral and written English and Russian language skills • Advance knowledge of MS Office application, including Power Point, Word, Excel |
