Key Responsibilities: • To provide leadership in human resources-to deliver results in the key areas of employee relations, attracting and developing talent and organizational change. • To be a good fit for this opportunity you will need significant and broad HR leadership experience in organizations involving multiple business units with hourly front line employees distributed over a wide geography, such as in the oil and gas industries. • While this position will need experience in all aspects of HR, strong industry oil/gas experience is essential also. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and coordination for the full scope of Human Resource function. • Lead necessary changes and improvements within organizational to deliver positive employee relations and organizational improvements. • Facilitate activities and strategies related to change management to deliver necessary business results. • Provide coaching/mentoring to managers/supervisors on effective people leadership and change management. • Provide consultation to the Chairman in the execution of organizational analysis, changes and development. • Promote use of application of continuous improvement tools as part of the culture. • Partner with leadership team members in executing initiatives and projects to achieve strategic business plan, while also focusing on HR initiatives. |

Skills required for Human Resources Manager |
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies: Education: • B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Business or a degree in a related field. • Master’s Degree in HR or MBA. • Achieve Global or other leadership training Certification Experience: • 15+ years of Human Resources work experience. • 7+ years of supervisory experience. • A minimum of five years human resources experience supporting the gas and oil industries. • Proven track record in providing strong leadership in human resources practices. Competencies: • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels within an organization. • Coaching, facilitating and training skills. • Analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to operate both as a business partner and employee advocate. • PC skills in excel, word and Power Point applications. |
