Description of Hydrofrac Consultant	Roles & Responsibilities: The primary role will be to onsite supervision of Well testing and Stimulation jobs, operation reports, statistics and end of well reports. The role will also be a critical part of the team that directs economical and safety measures for optimum Testing operations but not limited to the following: • Participate actively in pre well testing & stimulation activities by planning and execution in a safe and efficient manner. • Provide the planning necessary for the job including equipment set-up, well site direction and customer-related support activities. • Provide technical support. • Inspection of Surface Well Testing, Slickline, Well stimulation equipments, Well Activation equipments ,Downhole accessories and other support services to ensure completeness as per contract/mobilization notice and readiness prior to starting operations. • Liaise with G & G, Reservoir, Service Companies and other relevant functions for inputs required for planning and supervision. • Ensure a safe and healthy environment at the worksite through the effective application of the Company's QHSE systems and prevalent oilfield practices. • Act as focal point at the worksite between all crew members and subcontracting personnel. • To monitor and optimizing daily operations and coordinate with various contractors. • Assist in coordinating activities related to equipment services and material to start testing campaigns. • Prepare variety of regular activity reports, statistics, technical summaries and other (technical) reports. • Operational analysis to develop and formalize “Lessons Learned” and to establish bench mark for various activities. • Perform pre/post job equipment inspections including tubing with cross overs and pup joints. • Perform pre job safety meetings. • The well test Supervisor will maintain strict budgetary control of ongoing operations by reporting daily costs including associated support activities. • Required to plan, monitor and control all support activities to ensure optimum utilization of the well test/stimulation units. • Able to carry the HAZOP / HAZAD study, based on the reservoir parameters. • Onsite supervision for well testing/Stimulation Jobs. • Participate in preparation of final well reports. • Comply with company and regulatory standards.
Skills required for Hydrofrac Consultant	Skills Required - • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree of Engineering • The candidate should have the knowledge and experience in the Well Testing and stimulation for more than 10 Years • Should have Sound technical and operational skills required • Techno commercial understanding • Innovative Skill and problem solving • Strong analytical skills. High degree of comfort in dealing with complex data • Good interpersonal and team skills required Proficiency in: • High pressure well test (at the depth of around 4500 m) and hydro frac planning and execution including completion accessories, bottom hole assemblies, slick line and perforations • Well Test operations for High pressure gas well • Workover/testing wireline operations • Completion fluids/mud systems
