Role: • Responsible for the accounting of the overseas entities. • Audit of the financial as per IFRS along with preparation of the same. • Interacting with the associates of the overseas entities in order to ensure that all the requirements are met and all the compliances have been met in time. • Compliance of laws pertaining to accounting, secretarial & others of host country for overseas companies Primary Responsibilities: 1. Quarterly Financial Balance sheet and P&L accounts for all the entities in Canada, Cyprus and Netherlands, Australia, Yemen or any other country 2. Audits as per IFRS - • To get all the financial audited for IFRS purpose to meet the LSE listing requirements 3. Consolidated Financials • Consolidating the financials of Indian entities as well as Overseas entities to arrive at the group financials 4. Bills approvals • To process and approve the bills of service providers like law firms, auditors and others and ensure that the payment is made on time on a regular basis 5. Internal Controls • Setting up internal control for all the over seas entities to ensure that funds are not misused and also all the local compliances are met 6. Budgets • Preparation of budgets for all the overseas entities 7. MIS • Comparison of actual with budget and reporting variances 8. Ensure Compliances • Statutory & Tax compliances of all overseas companies. |

Skills required for Manager - International Accounts ( IFRS ) |
Skills Required: • The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant / MBA • The candidate should have minimum experience of 6 to 12 yrs in a larger organization preferably with International Accounting skills and also international experience • Excellent MS office skills needed • Should have knowledge of ERP |
