Description of Personal Assistant to Finance Director |
Job Purpose: To provide efficient administrative support to the Manager and / or team concerned. Performs on behalf of the team in relation to a variety of job tasks. Principal Responsibilities: • To maintain a good understanding of various systems and procedures connected with the project or function; to facilitate provision of timely and quality support. • Make all arrangements for meetings as instructed and communicate effectively with those invited to attend. • Prepare slides and other relevant material for presentations as directed. • Maintain soft copies of standard templates and formats to facilitate consistent and efficient documentation. • Establish and maintain the filing system for the project or function (manual and electronic) to ensure effective storage and quick retrieval. • To provide assistance to the project or function team as required, such as: photocopying, email account maintenance, specific project or technical tasks, etc. • Provide office facilities and related administrative support to project teams or consultants working with the team for limited durations. • Observe and apply strict levels of confidentiality and discretion to all matters related to the performance of the role. |

Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree preferably in Commerce or Accounting. • 3 or more years experience in assistant to Finance Manager/ Director/ CFO. • English language very good or fluent • Very good computer skills |
