Saudi Aramco's Haradh Gas Plant Department is looking for a senior process engineer with comprehensive knowledge in the gas and oil industry. The candidate should be capable of performing high level of technical supports for gas operations facilities and should be capable to perform front engineering design with hands-on experience in designing and executing fair scale projects. The candidate role is to provide engineering solutions directed towards optimizing the plant operations performance and reliability. Provide high level engineering expertise in the resolution of plant operational problems. Provide continuous work direction and mentoring to young engineers. Develop Unit(s) and plant simulation models using HYSYS. Perform rigorous engineering calculations for mass and energy balances. Formulate and implement long-tem strategies to improve operations and reduce costs. Define the long-term technical operating strategy of assigned operating area. Develop process monitoring and optimization tools using advanced applications (existing like PI, DCS, and others or state of the art available technologies in the market like expert systems). Serve as an advisor to management on technical inquiries on all operational issues. Provide technical direction in specialized areas to outside design contractors on major capital projects. Provide technical guidance and follow-up for the development of capital projects. Write comprehensive technical reports, letters, and documents for all process related issues. Be able to fluently present technical and non technical issues. |

Skills required for Process Engineer |
BS Chemical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the gas and oil or similar process industry. Experience in Plant Engineering with gas plant or oil refinery background. Excellent leadership and ownership competencies. Expert in condensate stabilization processes. Expert in sour gas sweetening process along with gas conditioning. Expert in utilities unit operations. The candidate shall have the following competencies: Excellent oral and written English Communication skills. Expert in MIS systems such as PI and expert in process simulation engine such as HYSYS and others. |

| Remarks | Comments: The candidate will work in a supportive environment within the compound of a modern Gas Plant and Residential Bachelor Complex where not only single room accommodations, laundry and food are free, but also modern recreational facilities are provided. In-addition, the candidate will receive a handsome 12% location zone allowance, and 10.5 hours overtime weekly on a 5/2 work schedule. The area is served by free airplane transportation 4 times weekly to two main cities in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom |
