A Leading Petroleum Technologies Company - total solutions provider to the Oil & Gas sector based in Kuwait is on the look out for a Project Director. Purpose / Role: • Business Development to get new projects • Being the focal point and ambassador for Engineering Projects Division • Responsible for the overall management of Engineering Projects such as EPF’s and other Engineering Contracts. • Ensuring the PMC contract is managed and delivered to satisfaction primarily through delivering planned financial returns. • Ensuring the PMC contract is managed and delivered to technical and project delivery satisfaction. • Ensuring that Assigned Projects are resourced and delivered to satisfactory quality, time and budget. Report to CEO Prime Responsibilities and Duties: • Provides leadership, guidance and direction concerning all facets of contract and operational delivery. • Provides HSSE leadership and awareness by ensuring that all requirements are implemented and followed. • Create and sustain a good contract team spirit within the project team • Lead weekly Assigned Project reviews. • Lead Project Management Plan reviews. Size of the role: Manage 90 staff and Execute project from $20 MM to $200 MM USD |

Skills required for Project Director |
• B.Sc. (Eng). • Minimum twenty years post graduate experience. • Minimum ten years experience in the oil & gas industry. • Minimum five years experience in the designation. • Proven track record of managing multi-projects in general and Design, Engineering & Construction Management functions in particular, in the oil and gas industry. • Leadership experience across all operational functions. |
