Job Description: The Project Manager has overall responsibility for delivery of an allocated project to ensure that it is completed safely, profitably, on time and in accordance with Contract and the corporate objectives. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: • Ensure delivery on companies' commitment to safety and environmental excellence • Monitor progress and performance of the project staff and subcontractors • Take actions to resolve operational problems and minimize delays • Liaise with other operational areas in the organisation to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project • Select and manage activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service • Implement a project control system, ensuring that project risks with respect to TQM, planning, budget, information and organisation are recognized timely, enabling him to take necessary measures to prevent or solve problems • Make sure that deviations from the contract are identified timely and make sure that deviations are financially and contractually covered • Coaching of project employees in order to increase performance and assist them to solve problems |

Skills required for Project Manager - Senior |
Education • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical or process engineering) Requirements • Minimum of 8 years experience as project manager or senior project manager • Extensive experience from large EPC (pipeline) projects • Commercial knowledge and experience • Fluent in Dutch (preference) and English Personal Skills and Attribute • A team player with good communication skills • Strong technical and analytical skills and commercial understanding • Result-oriented • Self-motivated |
