An International Oilfield Service Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Project Manager for their project in and outside Iraq. Responsibilities: • Identify and develop profitable business opportunities for the company. • Responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships between company and clients. • Maintain accurate analysis on available market shares. • Promote Customer awareness of the company technology with assistance of district Business Development Manager & Petrophysicist. • Senior focal point for all customer contact including all customer requests, queries & concerns throughout contract life. • Responsible for accurate activity rig & tool forecasting and liaises with Operations on equipment / personnel requirements. • Ensure compliance with all corporate commercial practices and standards. Custodian of sound project management practices & procedures. • Determine and implement the exact needs of the Client as per Contract & Specification. • Leads project team through a regular system of contract reviews to identify & manage risks, monitor operational performance against the agreed timescales, and instigates corrective action where appropriate. • Identify risks at an early stage in the project thus avoiding delays in schedule. Periodic Project Reporting to Senior Management and Client. • Plan and implement continual improvement in safety, quality and productivity. |

Skills required for Project Manager |
• Graduate or equivalent preferably in an engineering discipline. • 10-15 years and above Engineering experience preferably in area with exposure to operations. • Experience with and knowledge of Directional Drilling equipment and applications. • Good English communication skills. Additional language skills are a benefit. • Fully conversant with modern project management techniques, business and software systems. • A champion of customer care, committed to maintaining the highest standards of service quality in all aspects of project delivery. • A proven ability to simultaneously manage several commercial projects. • Active role in HSE compliance. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.. • Results orientated, self-driven individual. • Ability to manage large teams and motivate them to achieve targets. |
