The Job includes following responsibilities: • Data Base search. • Screening CV's, shortlisting candidates, taking interviews,organizing and coordinating on client interview process.
Skills required for Recruitment Consultant	Ideal Candidate must have the following key skill sets: • Degree in any discipline, preferably in HR. • Minimum 5-10 years experience in Recruitment Industry or Oil Industry. • Must be fluent in English Communication. • Pleasing attitude and personality. • Quick learning and creative attitude. • Good Team player. • Working on a targeted time frame. • Motivating attitude to take up task and execute within time frame.
