Description of Responsable Services du Projet	Main Job Function: • Governance of a project characterised by a high business risk, large financial dimensions or a high level of technological, management operational or contractual complexity and/or of several projects divided by the same type of client, geographical area or type of business. • Critical aspects of the external context in which the individual operates: • international context in the case of partnerships • use of international financing and of local/international resources for engineering and construction activities • contexts which require reaching of high quality targets, with particular emphasis on safety aspects. Key Responsibility Areas: • Ensuring planning and supervision of the actions needed to reach the costs, times and quality targets set for each project, guaranteeing constant compliance with the overall strategic objectives of the company. • Participating in the project acquisition phase, contributing to definition of project architecture and ensuring that the strategic and technical choices defined during the bid phase are applied. • Maintaining relations with clients, licensors and partners as concerns the most strategic aspects of contracts in progress. • Contract and procurement mngt: knowledge of the principles and basic contract models needed for both management of the contract with the client and for management of contracts and supplies and the principal problems connected therewith (claims, queries, concessions). • Identify the specific activities for performance of the project; • Identify the sequence and critical interdependencies between the different activities; • Make an estimate of times for the completion of each activity; • Cost mngt : knowledge of estimates / budgeting/ final accounting activities, and techniques for deviations and cost control analyses. • Construction mngt: knowledge of methods and topics for the construction and erection of plants; knowledge of the methods of the organization and management of worksite operations and safety. • Quality management : knowledge of the quality assurance procedures and quality control techniques needed to guarantee compliance with the quality requirements indicated in the project. • Human resources management: knowledge of the techniques and processes necessary to ensure management, co-ordination and development of a project team.
Skills required for Responsable Services du Projet	Candidate Specifications: • Fluency in French will be essential for this position. • Relevant Degree • Have worked for an extensive period of time in the Oil and Gas industry. • Proven previous experience in a similar position • Should have adequate production and project related experience with sound knowledge of engineering standards and practices. • Should have knowledge of HSE management
