Description of Senior Analyst – Oracle Sales and CRM

Summary:
Senior Analyst – Oracle Sales & CRM is responsible for the implementation and support of Oracle CRM and Property Modules.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Handle the CRM and Property modules of the Oracle implementation / Rollouts for new Entities for the following Oracle Modules
• Oracle CRM Foundation
• Oracle Telesales
• Oracle Teleservice
• Oracle Property Manager
• Support new / existing users and provide helpdesk support
• Assist in conducting needs assessment study, preparing scope of works, and functional specification document for ERP applications
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for the Oracle implementation in the organization.
• Ensure conformance to relevant Service Level Agreements
• Responsible for implementation, maintenance and administration of Oracle implementation according to existing standards and procedures
• Liaise with application vendors to support, upgrade, and troubleshoot the applications
• Provide application support including software installations and upgrades, system configurations, troubleshooting, and functional and technical end-user training
• Work closely with other staff in information technology department to integrate ERP applications with other applications

Skills required for Senior Analyst – Oracle Sales and CRM

A. Education & Experience
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or MCA
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle e-Business Suite Applications
• Candidates with experience in real estate and retail industries will be preferred

B. Specific Knowledge/Skills
• Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience managing Oracle CRM, Telesales, Teleservice, and Property Manager modules of Oracle e-business Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Strong presentation skills
