Based in Perth Western Australia, this long established and highly successful energy company has major operational assets and development interests around the world. By global standards, this greenfields LNG development is large and complex, and has the potential to provide a significant and enduring economic benefit to Australia and the surrounding region. As the company's most senior Commercial Contracts Manager, the appointed candidate will play a leadership role in all commercial contracting matters associated with this project including; strategy development, analysis, tendering, negotiation, award and management. The contracts will relate to the design and construction of large offshore platforms, subsea pipelines and an onshore LNG processing facility. You will demonstrate the commercial and resource management capabilities to maximise the value of capital spend on materials and services, expected to be in the tens of billions of dollars This is an executive appointment which will require highly developed commercial and strategic leadership capabilities, including effective influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. |

• Candidates should have significant senior level experience in commercial contracts management for major construction projects. • It is preferable that you have exposure to large scale engineering, construction and installation contracts for LNG developments/projects. |
