Description of Senior Commissioning Completions Engineer |
A Leading Multinational Oil Company is looking to recruit a Senior Commissioning Completions Engineer for their operations in Kurdistan region in Iraq. Responsibilities: • To handle the Completions Processes performing construction operations making systems ready for Start Up and commissioning • At work execution, pursue mechanical, electrical, structural and instrumentation related completions and coordinate with pre-commissioning and commissioning teams • On completion of construction deliver the final documentation to Commissioning/Operations team • To produce documentation for the execution of the acceptance tests. • To work with the Commissioning team to ensure safe and efficient commissioning performance and subsequent verification/acceptance are completed in accordance with requirements. • Promote safety in all aspects of the work ensuring that safety management systems are adhered to. • Input and participate in Quality, Safety and Technical Audits and Reviews. • Interface between Design, Construction, and Commissioning and Operations groups. • Perform work in line with the project procedures, specifications, performance standards and legislation requirements. • Define and update the turnover and test system packages. • Produce method statements work instructions and routines where required. • Liaise and monitor electrical/instrumentation/mechanical completion activities and to review completed packages to ensure that requirements are fulfilled. • Manage in-house and contract resources associated with construction • Monitor/Assist in Vendor activities where required. • Timely complete construction activities and Turnover to the Commissioning, Start-up and Operations Groups. • Coordinating the execution of turnover activities, ensuring the necessary assistance to the Senior Project Manager for any work to be carried out. • Coordinating with Operating personnel for systems, punch outs, and turnovers. • Issuing periodic progress reports regarding completions activities. |

• Should hold a valid University degree. • Should have atleast 11-15 years experience in similar field. |
