Description of Senior HR Advisor	A Leading Oilfield Services Company is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for their operations in UAE. Candidate will be responsible for the overall HR functions and should be able to execute all managerial functions.
Skills required for Senior HR Advisor	• Candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree. • Should have relevant HR qualification. • Should have at least 8 years of experience in relevant field. • Should have knowledge on contracts management , HR Systems and UAE Labour law. • Should have good exposure to people management as well. • Candidate should have good knowledge of HR Systems like Oracle, SAP etc which is compulsory.
