• To plan and implement a comprehensive calendar of investor relations activities, develop materials for distribution to stakeholders including analysts and investors, counsel senior management on CMA and regulatory best practice and compliance and assist in the creation of the annual report, executive presentations and other published materials including the IR section of companys' website. • Mentor the company IR team in IR best practice. |

Skills required for Senior Investor Relations Advisor |
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Economics or Business Administration from a recognized University. CFA, CFP or other professional certification preferred or a Post graduation studies in a commercial or Investor Relations management and Corporate Finance discipline or MBA will be a plus. • Extensive (at least 10 -15 years) experience in a senior Investor Relations role for a large FTSE/ASX/TSX/NYSE (or similar) company preferably in an in house capacity, although relevant consultancy experience will be highly valued. • Extensive knowledge of finance techniques & products and contacts in the international lending community and Investor. • Experience in providing board/CEO level counsel on all matters relating to Investor Relations activities. • It would be highly desirable that the above experience has been gained with a diversified mining or natural resources company with an international profile. • Good personal contacts with the international mining analyst and financial media community. • IPO experience • Crisis management experience |
