The organisation of this Energy Prize aims to inspire the next generation of global energy innovators – creating solutions we can barely imagine today. The Prize will be awarded to up to three individuals, companies, organisations or NGOs that have made significant contributions in the global response to the future of energy. About the Prize: The Prize will be one of the driving forces behind innovative energy solutions. The Prize will recognise the achievements of governments, companies, NGOs, individuals and institutions in response to the crisis of climate change and sustainable global energy resources. The Prize will encompass: • Renewable and sustainable energy sources • Efficient use of non-renewable energies • Conservation • Energy policy • Communications and public awareness Today we are looking for a senior manager to lead the development and execution of our corporate marketing and branding strategy and to support business units in adaptation of this strategy. Key Accountabilities: • Develop corporate branding strategy and architectural guidelines and rollout to business units • Lead development of corporate brand creative strategy and lead development of corporate campaigns • Identify and execute company brand research and disseminate findings and recommendations across organisation • Build corporate media strategy and manage forecasting, phasing and efficiency of media plan • Own company marketing master plan and work with business units to determine appropriate trade-offs between conflicting activities • Develop and lead company marketing team • Support corporate communication and internal communication departments with relevant marketing material |

Skills required for Senior Manager |
• Energy, real estate and/or major conglomerate experience • 10 to 12 years senior management experience • People management and leadership skills • Experience accross strategic and tactical marketing activities from strategy and architecture development through to campaign management • Post Graduate degree in marketing (preferably MBA) |
