Worldwideworker is International HR and Recruitment Company, 100% focused on the Energy Sector. We operate globally and have offices in Houston, Amsterdam, London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Mumbai and Lagos. Worldwideworker owns and operates one of the largest Energy online databases with over 375,000 professionals. For our Manpower department we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in our Abu Dhabi office. Principal accountabilities: • Maximise existing and new customer relationships (Account Management). • Identify suitably qualified candidates (cold calling, database searches, online advertising, referrals, networking) to be assigned to our client projects. • Identify and expand sources of high quality candidates and prioritize targets for sourcing by region/location. • Thorough assessment of selected candidates. • Contract management (make offers to candidate and clients, preparation/signature of contracts). • Build and maintain hot-lists of prospective candidates within the oil & gas sector. • Constantly develop recruitment network (contacts, visibility, database, etc). • Utilize various sourcing and (internet) techniques to attract passive and proactive candidates for positions. • Performs weekly and monthly recruiting reports for Business Development Manager. • Responsible for college recruiting, career fairs and other networking opportunities. • Special Projects as assigned. |

Skills required for Senior Recruitment Consultant |
• The ideal candidate has a strong Recruitment / Account Management background in the Oil & Gas Industry. • The position requires a “street smart” networker with a pro-active attitude and able to think out of the box. • Strong communicator, self motivator with good command of the English language. • Experience with target oriented recruitment firms is essential. • Exposure to secondment or manpower side of the business would be an added advantage. • Dedicated, hardworking and result oriented. |
