Description of Terminal Manager	The Terminal Manager is one of the most senior jobs he has to manage Operations and maintenance work at the terminal. • Takes all operational decisions for the company. • Needs to be able to understand and interact with other functional areas and have the ability to translate this to operational consequences. • Understands the impact of decision taken on the company. • Maintain good relationships and cooperation with the shareholder organizations Joint venture partners also good relationships need to be maintained with the various government entities and controlling bodies.
Skills required for Terminal Manager	• An ideal candidate should have a technical Degree (Engineering) with minimum of 5 years experience in similar field - analytical capabilities, experience preferably in the petrochemical shipping industry ,HWTG, Superintendent for large offshore projects. • Last 3 years should be as a manager for a medium sized terminal operations company.
Remarks	The ideal candidate should have good experience in leading teams, should be a People Manager and developer.
