Description of Training Manager

A Major International Oil Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Training Manager to work in their office in and outside Iraq.

Role:
• Provide leadership and direction that will significantly influence Training practices across the company.
• Drive and manage talent management process.
• Experience in designing and delivering high impact innovative leadership, management and technical programs in support of business goals.
• Develop and manage competencies and career paths of employees.
• Ability to lead on both strategic and operational training issues.

Skills required for Training Manager

• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
• Must have BE / BS preferably MS, along with an MBA degree would be an added advantage.
• Previous working experience in an oil & gas industry experience.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in similar field.
• Must have high-level presentation skills.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
(Arabic and English)
• Interact with all teams within the organization
