Description of Training Manager

An International Oilfield Service Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Training Manager to work for their project in and outside Iraq.

Job Description:
• Leads the corporate training & development effort to optimize effectiveness of the company’s human capital.
• Plan & coordinate the company’s performance management system.
• Coordinates the company’s leadership process and the preparation of training plans.
• Negotiates and establishes with key policy makers the role of education, training development in the company.
• Work closely with senior management to develop, design and implement high level strategic initiatives with impact on the company’s climate, talent management and performance.
• Conduct career counseling, reviews training requirements with department heads and conducts trainings from time to time.

Skills required for Training Manager

• Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR management
• Minimum five (5) years experience in relevant field
• Previous working experience in an Oilfield company
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Interact with all teams within the organization
• The job objective is to lead the corporate training & development effort to optimize effectiveness of the company's human capital.
Remarks • Iraq educated candidates would have an advantage.
