Description of Well Site Supervisor |
An International Oilfield Service Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Well Site Supervisor for their project in and outside Iraq. Responsibilities: • Coordinate Well program operations with Drilling Contractors to ensure compliance with work programs, project procedures and contract requirements. • Coordinate drilling operations and services to ensure compliance with drilling programs. • Minimizes well costs and maximizes productivity using best practices and continuous improvement processes. • Updates forecasts, and plans activity to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services. • Responsible for analyzing performance and making recommendations to improve program and operation. • Holds safety meetings for entire wellsite team. Identifies high-risk situations, documents them, and adopts preventive measures. • Verify adherence to procedures. • Responsible for equipment on site. • Manage proper inventory of consumable drilling. • Prepare daily morning report. |

Skills required for Well Site Supervisor |
• 10-12 years experience in Well activities either as a Well Engineer or as a Well Site Supervisor. • Well Control certificate is an advantage. • Previous working experience in an Oilfield company • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Interact with all teams within the organization |
