Today, SPC is an integrated oil and gas company boasting business activities which include oil and gas exploration and production, gas pipelines, refining, terminalling and distribution, marketing, trading and sale of refined products.To achieve a more integrated business portfolio, SPC diversified into the upstream sector in 2000. Towards this strategic goal, SPC successfully acquired upstream assets in the Asia-Pacific region. Its acquisitions have good exploration potential and are geared towards enhancing the Company’s production base to support SPC’s long-term growth.
